Both of these pet food companies were eager to work with consumers; giving us their promise to promptly alert customers should a problem with a pet product arise. If decent pet food companies keep coming at this rate , the only crappy ones left will be PFI members and there was never any real hope that PFI member companies would stop lying.
There will be plenty of good food for pets and respectful treatment for pet people to chose from and that is all that matters.
